Design Teams

Working with a design team we become part of a team that includes Architects, and consulting design engineers of Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical backgrounds.

Business owners

We are often directly hired by the owner to provide turnkey solutions--we design systems, get approvals from the City and other regulating agencies, and build the system per construction documents.
We are also hired by the business owners to do energy conservation and system improvement studies. In this role we inspect and evaluate an existing facility and its mechanical systems, and give our recommendations on system improvement and energy conservation. With California’s current power crisis we expect to see more and more projects of this nature.

Contractors

Contractors retain our services to do the detailed design of their design-build projects.
